All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once a purchase has been completed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all products sold by Black Orchid Coffee, including but not limited to coffee beans, ground coffee, coffee equipment, gift cards, and merchandise.

  • Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will review each case individually and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
