Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at blackorchidcoffeeco@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Our primary carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method available for your order will depend on your location and the products purchased.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.
International Shipping
- Availability: At this time, Black Orchid Coffee only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
- Future Expansion: We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations. Please stay tuned for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at blackorchidcoffeeco@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at blackorchidcoffeeco@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Black Orchid Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur. Black Orchid Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
